Quick Start

  1. Connect the gateway to the router using the provided ethernet cable.
  2. Plug in the gateway using the provided power adapter.
  3. Remove the plastic battery tabs from the tags.
  4. Place the tags near the gateway for the mesh network to form.
  5. Set-up the mobile app.
  6. Install the tags to your account (not required for pre-installed tags)
  7. Place your tags around the home.
  8. Set the tag icons and labels.

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. Our personal plan and mobile updates are included forever with you hardware purchase.

Are there options for a monthly subscription?

Yes. Depending on your requirements you can upgrade for additional guests and groups. The current plans available include;

When will I begin seeing data?

Immediately after set-up. When a tag moves it sends data every second. If the tag is not moving it sends environmental data every 30 seconds. If you see a "No Data" under a tag on the tag list check here.
